Why did we choose to make leggings using TENCEL™ Lyocell?
Our lyocell yoga leggings are a great plant-based alternative to synthetic and cotton activewear! Lyocell is one of the most eco-friendly fibres on the market that can be used for yoga wear. The raw material is made with cellulose fibers that grow rapidly and require almost no pesticide. Its production process uses much less water than the production of organic or conventional cotton and less energy too.
Lyocell -fabric we use in our shorts and leggings is manufactured in Germany, using TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers produced by the Austrian company Lenzing AG.

The eco-friendly fabric used in these Arctic Flamingo leggings are made using
– 84% TENCEL™ Lyocell
– 16% elastane (ROICA™ V550 – Cradle to Cradle-Certified™ elastane yarn)
Washing instructions: Machine wash cold (30°), wash inside out, use mild detergent, do not tumble dry, don´t use fabric softener, don’t iron. Hang dry.

Die Leggings ist super; sehr bequemer, weicher Stoff und guter Schnitt. Finde es auch toll, dass ihr die restlichen Stück weiterhin (nun eben als B-Ware) verkauft. Mich stört es gar nicht, dass der Stoff (bei diesem Modell aus Lyocell) vielleicht ein wenig die Farbe verliert, finde es klasse, dass ihr diesen Stücken trotzdem noch die Möglichkeit eines neuen Besitzer gebt. 🙂
Der Schnitt ist an und für sich super, da ich allerdings recht klein bin (1,60cm), ist sie mir ein Stückchen zu lang, vorallem oben beim Bund, der geht mir einige Zentimeter über den Bauchnabel. Mit Umschlagen des Bundes passts aber gut. Ich würde mich total freuen, falls ihr in Zukunft vielleicht auch eine kürzere Version für kleiner Menschen habt.
Aber alles in allem, klare Empfehlung! Werde mir sicher auch noch eines der wunderschönen bunten Modelle gönnen! Danke für diese tolle Leggings!

Wonderfully soft fabric and excellent cut. I have several Arctic Flamingo leggings and I like the model of the pants. The waist is just suitably high and thick, not squeezing at all, but not rolling or pants dropping either.
I dare not use these Tencell fabrics for olympic weightlifting, but for other sports and home use they are super comfortable.
