Please always note the product-specific dimensions in the size chart on the respective product page!

As a rule of thumb, we recommend choosing your normal size for yoga leggings. For example, you can base your size on your Hey Honey, Mandala, Alo or Lululemon leggings .

But be careful, the Arctic Flamingo leggings run a bit small! If you're between two sizes, we recommend you take the larger size.
