Ines wants to reach the soul with yoga, get it moving, fill the room with heart, liveliness and joy. In her yoga room VIS-À-VIS in Weilheim she teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga courses for different levels, children's yoga and offers individual lessons for yoga therapy and Vinyasa Yoga.
In the summer, Ines goes outdoors with FREiLUFT Yoga – at various beautiful FREiLUFT locations in and around Weilheim.

Vivian has found her passion in Hatha Yoga, a source of energy and joy. She offers both group and private classes online or in person, creating a space of calm where you can be yourself and leave everyday stress behind. Her yoga class includes relaxing and strengthening asanas. You will learn the positive effects of these asanas on your body and mind. Yoga is not perfection, but self-discovery. As Sri Patthabi Jois said: "Anyone can practice yoga as long as they breathe."

Sabine Gehring
Sabine has been a passionate yoga teacher since 2012. With her you can experience Vinyasa Flow and Yin/Restorative Yoga. She is also a trained breathing coach and sound facilitator. Two years ago Sabine discovered her love for crystal singing bowls and combines these wonderful sounds with Yin Yoga or offers pure sound meditations.
Sabine has also founded her own singing bowl label "Harmonie Bowls". With a lot of joy, heart and attention to detail, she teaches yoga, breathing and sound experiences.
