INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping outside Germany costs 6€.
The exception is the USA, where we deliver for 15€.
Whether you order one pair of leggings or five, the shipping costs remain the same.
Delivery times
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order. (We often dispatch the same day!) We do not dispatch on Saturdays (although we often do!) nor on Sundays and public holidays in Bavaria. We dispatch all orders directly from Polling in Upper Bavaria.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Within Germany: After dispatch, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
- Europe: Delivery time is usually 3 to 10 working days.
- Rest of the World: Once the items have been shipped, delivery time can vary from 1 to 8 weeks depending on the country.
IMPORT DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
Please note that deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or local taxes. All customs fees for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Arctic Flamingo accepts no responsibility for any customs fees, tariffs, taxes or VAT charged on your package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the exact cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office.
