FREE SHIPPING IN GERMANY AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Arctic Flamingo offers free shipping within Germany. International shipping costs 4,50€, with the exception of USA, where we ship for 11,50$. Whether you order one pair of leggings or 5, shipping costs are the same.

To keep shipping costs down, we ship worldwide via German Post/Deutsche Post regular mail. Shipping costs are only available if you have something in your shopping cart.

If you would like to use another shipping method, please contact us at shop@arctic-flamingo.com. Extra shipping fees will apply.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Often we ship the same day, but typically orders ship within 1-2 business days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays (actually sometimes we do!), Sundays or public holidays in Bavaria (you can check them here!). All orders ship from Polling, Germany.

• Inside Germany: once your leggings have shipped, transit time is usually 1-3 business days.
• Europe: transit time is usually 5-10 business days, but due to Covid-19 delays can be expected.
• Rest of the world: once items have shipped, transit time can range anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the country. Due to Covid-19 delays can be expected.

IMPORT DUTY AND LOCAL TAXES

Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Arctic Flamingo is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes or VAT applied to your package.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any inquiries you may have, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
